Does the ACS adjust a AC40 by itself?
Yes. Under automatic control the ACS sets each test point on the AC40 and adjusts its output to the selected standard. The technician is only prompted to change transducers.
Supported instruments · Interacoustics
The ACS has built-in setups for 23 Interacoustics instruments, and 16 of them run under full automatic control. Select the model, start the calibration, and the ACS sets each test point, measures it and adjusts the instrument to ANSI S3.6 and IEC 60645.
Supported Interacoustics models
Automatic control means the ACS talks to the instrument through its serial or USB port: it sets frequency, level and channel itself and adjusts the instrument to the standard, and you only step in to change transducers. Models in manual mode are calibrated with the ACS prompting the technician for each setting and measuring the result.

How it works
The ACS loads the right calibration routine and sets the headphone type and impedance for that model.
Connect the instrument’s outputs to the ACS interface, and on automatic-control models its serial or USB port. The ACS steps through every test point, recording the values it found before any adjustment.
Every result, the Interacoustics and transducer serial numbers and the standard used, with your company logo. What a certificate should include.

Yes. The AT235 and AT235h, AA220 and AA222, AZ7 and AZ26, and the Titan are supported, with probe tone level, compliance, pressure and reflex tests to ANSI S3.39.
Under OSHA hearing conservation rules, an acoustic calibration at least yearly and an exhaustive calibration at least every two years. Calibration schedules.
